Majestic Gaits is a Dutch Warmblood Stallion Station and Internationally recognized breeder of Top Ten KWPN-NA (Dutch Warmblood Registry) offspring with International bloodlines in both Jumping and Dressage. We are an agent for the famous VDL Stud in Holland and carry over 40 stallions via frozen semen from VDL Stud and a few other select stallions in Holland and Germany. Our goals is to breed international and Olympic quality offspring but with character for amateurs to ride too. We strive for easy horses with beautiful functional gaits, good health, feet and character. Our stallions are approved in many registries including the KWPN (Dutch), Oldenburg (ISR & GOV), Hanoverian, Holsteiner, BWP, RPSI, Swedish and Westfalen. We strive to help our breeders select the right stallion for their mare and for what their goals may be. Our stallions are popular with the dressage, jumping and combined training riders and trainers.

We have an email news that reaches over 4000 breeders, riders, trainers, owners and judges. We announce new foals for our customers and provide free advertising to help them sell their offspring. We want our customers to succeed and share in our success.

Majestic Gaits is owned and run by Kathy Hickerson and her family. We have been in business since 1984.

Stallions...

Navarone (Jus de Pomme - Armstrong) Navarone (Jus de Pomme - Armstrong) is an approved KWPN Dutch stallion who is now competing in Grand Prix dressage. He is the only approved son of the famous Olympic Jus de Pomme, two time Gold Medal winner in the Atlanta Olympics. Navarone's son Navarre (ex Spetter) has already won a $25,000 Jumper Grand Prix and many more are now competing at the Grand Prix level. In 2009 his son Thunder III had so much success in the international eventing world, he helped make the KWPN studbook rank #5 in the World for Eventing. Navarone is popular with the amateur riders because of his super character he throws in his foals with an extraordinary talent for jumping, dressage and combined training.
We lease and stand the famous Keur stallion Farrington (Wellington - Doruto) who has produced many Grand Prix dressage horses and National Dutch Keuring winners in Holland and in America. He is the only KWPN stallion to received his Keur status on his offspring alone, due to a broken leg early in his career. Farrington is also the only Keur stallion standing in North America. Schroeder (Sandro Hit - Escudo I) Our newest stallion is a Hanoverian imported from Germany. Schroeder (Sandro Hit - Escudo I) is from the famous World Young Horse Champions Sandro Hit and Escudo I. Schroeder in his first year in America was #1 Hanoverian sire and winning his materiale classes with 80%. His first offspring were already #4 in the nation for USDF Horse of the Year and first premium at the KWPN-NA keuring. In 2009, he is already having offspring winning their classes. Schroeder has a Dressage International FEI career planned for his future!

Photo by carole MacDonald 		Makenzi Wendel came to us as an intern from the University of New Hampshire. She has already had high praise on her riding at the Frenk Jespers clinic. Makenzi enjoys working with the young horses. She is fabulous with the dressage horses and will be riding our stallion Schroeder in the 6 year old FEI tests in 2010. She loves the jumpers here at Majestic Gaits. She is riding the 6 year old gelding Washington and has already done a fantastic job at the Joe Forest Gymnastic clinic and several shows. We will be providing her with the horses and continued training and guidance to fullfill her career goals. Makenzi is getting jumping lessons from Gretchen Anderson. She has already spent 3 weeks in Holland with VDL Stud on a work training program. Washington and Makenzi

Taylor Driscoll
Photo by carole MacDonald 		Taylor Driscoll is a sophmore in the Equestrian program at the University of Massachusetts and working as an intern at Majestic Gaits. We are providing her education to advance her dressage career. Taylor is starting to learn showing in hand for the breed shows and keurings as well. We sponsored her to attend the NEDA three day Breed Symposium with our mare Wefidence. School will come first for her, but we will help her gain training and experience. Taylor is an enthusiastic equestrian rider who cares a lot about the horses. She also has her own young horse she has started under saddle and we are happy to help guide her with the training of the young horses. Taylor's goal is to ride dressage through the levels and become a trainer.

While we have put our funds into our fabulous horses and training riders, we need sponsors to continue training for our riders, shows, advertising and building an indoor and barn expansion. If you are interesting in helping out as a sponsor, we have several advertising opportunities available, including at the shows, our email news, printed flyers, etc. Anonymous sponsors are also welcome. - Makenzi Wendel

(Year Option) $5,000 to help pay for her training privately and at clinics. She can wear your jacket and/or shirt provided from you with your logo at the shows, lessons/clinics. Banner and pamphlets provided at shows and clinics. Makenzi will provide you with a private report by email about the shows and clinics she has attended.

(Clinic Option) $500/clinic day to help pay for the participating in a clinic, including clinician fee, stabling, travel and groom. Makenzi will provide a private report by email about the clinic.

(Lesson Option) $100/day. Pays for the lesson with Gretchen Anderson including travel. Makenzi will provide a private report of the lesson by email to you.

Any donation for rider apparel is always appreciated. Riders are working 2-8 horses/day and wear out breeches, gloves, boots, chaps, etc continuously.

- Taylor Driscoll

Lesson Sponsor $75/lesson. Receive a private email from Taylor about her lesson.

Show Groom Sponsor $200/day. Taylor will wear your shirt/jacket provided at the show and provide her point of view about the show via email.

Any donation for rider apparel is always appreciated. Riders are working 2-8 horses/day and wear out breeches, gloves, boots, chaps, etc continuously.

Horse Sponsor
- Stallion Sponsor $20,000/year to sponsor any stallion standing at Majestic Gaits. Your logo will be put on all their advertising for the year, including magazines, at shows, clinics and the email news (minimum of 3500 recipients). Includes a free breeding of this stallion and of course all our promotion of your offspring.

- Mare Sponsor $2000/year to sponsor any breeding mare at Majestic Gaits. We will provide your information in the email news, at the keurings and the announcment of the foal. 10% discount on the stud fee of of any stallion standing at Majestic Gaits included.

We have mares to bring home from Holland this year too and will need sponsors for shipping and CEM quarantine. Approximately $6500 for import and $1800 for CEM. (We plan to bring home (Valanta, Acordia, Tercordia, Dalanta MG) see our mares page. Charmora MG will stay in Holland to do her mare test in 2011, then be bred and brought home. She can be sponsored too to help board, training and inspections, along with importing next year.

- Young Horse Sponsor ($1000/year. We will provide you with any updates on a young horse of your choice for the year and you will be listed as the sponsor.

Show Sponsorship
- $5000 Multiple Day Overnight Dressage or Jumper Show includes displaying your provided banner at our stalls, displaying your flyers provided and announcing in the Majestic Gaits email news (minimum of 4000 recipients) your sponsorship of the show. Sponsorship includes a link on the website. Saddle pads, shirts or jackets with your logo can be provided for the riders. Shows are at least 2 days long. Funds will help to pay entry fees, travel, stalls, grooms, riders and hotel.

- $1500 Single Day Dressage or Jumper Show includes posting your banner on our trailer and display and distributing your flyers and announcing your sponsorship in our email news (minimum 4000 recipients). Sponsorship includes a link on the website. Saddle pads, shirts or jackets with your logo can be provided for the riders. Funds will help to pay entry fees, riders, travel and grooms.

Farm Sponsorship
- $20,000 Premier Majestic Gaits Sponsor includes for the year, your logo and contact information on our trailer, email news as a Premier Sponsor, Banners and your pamphlets provided posted and handed out at the shows.

Indoor Arena and Barn Expansion Donation
Our goal is to build an indoor and expanded our barn so that we can continue training through the winter at our farm, rather than expensive boarding at other barns. Any donation is appreciated. We are in the process of putting together the layout and estimates. If your interested in helping us with our goal, let us know and we will contact you with specifics when we are ready to launch our compaign.
